Jenny Silverstein is an associate attorney with Kronenberg Law. She has substantial civil litigation experience in a broad range of subject matters pertaining to insurance defense including personal injury, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, construction accidents, medical malpractice, professional liability and public entity defense. She has represented individuals, corporations, general contractors, public entities, attorneys and medical professionals.
Ms. Silverstein received her BA in Latin American Studies from Scripps College in Claremont, CA in 2001 wherein she published her thesis, “The Other Story: The Disappeared Jews of Argentina from 1976-1983.” A Bay Area native, she returned home post-graduation to attend St. Mary’s College in Moraga, CA where she obtained her paralegal certificate in 2003. While working as a paralegal during the day, she put herself through law school at night at John F. Kennedy University in Pleasant Hill, CA. She completed her Juris Doctor in 2008.
Prior to Ms. Silverstein joining Kronenberg Law, she worked at a mid-size insurance defense firm where she successfully argued a defense Motion for Summary Judgment on behalf of a general contractor in a catastrophic injury matter. She has also successfully defended Anti-SLAAP motions.
When she’s not working, Ms. Silverstein enjoys being an avid foodie, an aunt to her nephews, knitting and spending time with her husband and their two dogs (a Boston Terrier named Marvin and a Pug named Otis).
