Ten deeply meaningful years working for a non-profit organization to prevent domestic, sexual and family violence, instilled Melanie Cleary with a passion for justice. She returned to school to earn her paralegal credentials, and since 2015 has been serving her interest in the law with a new career in civil litigation. Initially working “on the plaintiff side” in civil cases, Ms. Cleary has happily transitioned to legal defense with Kronenberg Law as her way of helping maintain the balance that is so vital to a fair judicial system. She now enjoys working in the mentally demanding, fast-paced environment of Kronenberg’s law offices, and relies on her exceptional multi-tasking skills to fulfil the myriad demands of an effective legal secretary. Ms. Cleary is also a published author (the autobiographical TenderHeart: The Courageous Ladybug Who Could Fly) and she continues to be active as a domestic/sexual violence-prevention advocate, public educator, trainer and activist.
