V. Sathienmars, ASSOCAITE

Mr. Sathienmars is an experienced attorney who understands the legal defense needs of individual as well as institutional clients. He has a broad range of accomplishments not only as a civil litigator in state and federal court, but also as a transactional attorney. At the start of his legal career, Mr. Sathienmars represented a wide range of high-profile government entities across California. Prior to Kronenberg Law, Mr. Sathienmars represented individual and corporate clients at an AmLaw 100 law firm.

Mr. Sathienmars’ litigation experience initially focused on complex litigation but has since broadened to civil litigation generally. He has litigated a wide range of subject matters inclusive of government torts, data breach and personal privacy, contract disputes, construction defect, professional liability, labor and employment, business disputes, environment and land use, general liability, and intellectual property.

During law school, Mr. Sathienmars served as a law clerk for California Supreme Court Chief Justice Ronald George and San Francisco Superior Court Judge Richard Kramer. He also completed an American Bar Association fellowship with the California Environmental Protection Agency. Prior to law school, Mr. Sathienmars worked for California State Assembly Speaker Karen Bass as a Jesse M. Unruh Assembly Fellow and served with the government relations office for Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa.

Mr. Sathienmars is a California native who spent the first half of his life in Southern California and presently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area. He likes to travel abroad in his spare time and otherwise has a habit of frequently visiting Southern California to enjoy being with his extended family there.
